Thursday Field Tours*

  • Huron Mountain Club

    Justin Miller, Green Timber Consulting Foresters. This tour will be 8 hours and limited to the first 30 people to register.


  • Potlatch Mill Tour

    Travis Heikkinen, Potlatch-Deltic


  • Old Growth at Presque Isle Park

    Nick Sanchez, Old Growth Forest Network, will lead a tour of old growth forests in the Presque Isle Park right in the City of Marquette.


  • Rx Fire

    Keith Murphy, DNR, will lead a tour of the 55-acre Schwartz Creek prescribed fire. This tour is 40 miles and 1 hour southwest of Marquette.


  • No Tour

    I am not available for a tour on Thursday October 9.
